Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- "Bạch Liên" / "We" / "Us" — Bạch Liên financial education centre, 115 Ngô Quyền, Sơn Trà District, Da Nang 550000, Vietnam.
- "Service" — educational programs, website content, and related services provided by Bạch Liên.
- "User" / "You" — any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a program.
- "Program" — a structured educational course offered by Bạch Liên (Digital Banking Confidence Sessions, Smart Spending and Debt Awareness Course, or Holistic Wealth Awareness Program).
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as a whole.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Service Description
Bạch Liên provides in-person financial education programs for adults aged 40 and above, delivered at our centre in Da Nang, Vietnam. Programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any professional financial service under Vietnamese financial law. Session schedules, group compositions, and facilitator assignments may vary.
4. Enrolment and Participation
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed program fee (or first instalment where staged payment has been arranged). Places are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. All participants are expected to engage respectfully with other participants and with facilitators. Bạch Liên reserves the right to withdraw participation where conduct is disruptive to others.
Participants are not required to disclose any personal financial information during sessions. Group discussions are voluntary.
5. Fees and Payment
Program fees are as stated at time of enrolment and are denominated in Vietnamese Dong (VND). For the Holistic Wealth Awareness Program, staged payment may be arranged individually and must be agreed in writing before the program commences. All fees include program materials.
Cancellation and refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before program commencement are eligible for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for refund. If Bạch Liên cancels a session, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, printed guides, reference cards, and online resources provided by Bạch Liên are the intellectual property of Bạch Liên. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
All programs and content are provided for educational purposes only. Bạch Liên does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions. No specific financial outcome or result is implied or implied by participation in any program.
Our website and services are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot warrant that all content is error-free or current at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Bạch Liên's total liability to any participant in connection with a program shall not exceed the fee paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind arising from participation in programs or use of our website.
9. Confidentiality
Bạch Liên treats all participant information with strict confidentiality. Personal details, including contact information and attendance records, are not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Facilitators are bound by confidentiality agreements.
10. Termination
Bạch Liên may terminate access to our services or website at any time for breach of these terms. A participant may withdraw from a program in accordance with the cancellation terms in Section 5. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Da Nang, Vietnam. Parties agree to first attempt informal resolution of any dispute before commencing formal proceedings.
12. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Bạch Liên and the user with respect to the use of our services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify enrolled participants by email.
